- Moulin de Charlevoix produces its flours by grinding the cereals on flint millstones. This ancestral technique offers exceptional qualities to the flour in terms of taste, flavour, conservation and hydration of the dough. Moulin de Charlevoix is a joint venture between France and Quebec that started in 2020 and already supplies dozens of bakeries throughout Quebec and part of Ontario, with the collaboration of Farinex. The company’s ongoing expansion includes highly professional technical support for bakeries.
