Star’Bake® Durum 3% base is a complete base with a nice durum sourdough flavor that requires only the addition of flour, yeast, water and salt. The product is manufactured by fermenting durum wheat flour with a proprietary strain of Lactobacillus.

Packaging: 22.05 lbs. / 10 kg Box

Applications: Pizzas, Brioche, Pan Breads, Slider Buns, Bread Sticks

Usage: Use 3% of the total flour weight.

Shelf life: Unopened - Shelf life of 18 months (Cool, dry conditions), 30 days after opening if held in cool, dry conditions.
