Livendo® Natural Rye Sourdough is a cultured rye flour that’s been dried to use in sourdough applications or to enrich the taste, texture and color of recipes.

Usage: Add directly to flour at 1-3% of total flour weight.

Shelf life: 18 months from production date (unopened). Use up to 1 month after opening. Store in a cool, dry place and seal well.
