Extend product shelf life, improve dough machinability and overall quality with our Saf Pro® Pizza Improver, a clean label dough conditioner formulated for yeast raised pizza dough. It is designed to increase the extensibility of pizza dough without the use of L-cysteine and it eliminates the need for a proofing step. It provides a crust that is tender and crisp after conventional or microwave reheat, with or without susceptor board.

Applications: Pizza Crust, Flatbreads, Specialty

Usage: Use 0.25-0.75% of the total flour weight.

Shelf life: Unopened - Shelf life of 24 months (Cool, dry conditions), 3 months after opening if held in cool, dry conditions.
